Pittville Loft is situated in one of Cheltenhams best locations: 5 minutes’ walk to the town centre 10 minutes’ walk to the Promenade and Montpellier district with its cafes, restaurants and bars 10 minutes’ walk to the famous Cheltenham Racecourse 2 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Pittville Park and Pump Rooms. A central position with free parking for one vehicle. The Apartment - Private entrance from Wellington Lane - stairs lead up to the main open-plan living space which provides a comfortable and spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The living area boasts a 55-inch smart tv for on-demand services and a bluetooth hifi system and cosy lighting. A bespoke steel stairway with oak steps leads up to the main loft bedroom. This is a loft-space therefore access to the mezzanine is slightly restricted and it has a lower-than-normal pitched ceiling. This is a delightfully romantic place with stained glass windows, reclaimed timber panelling, powered blinds and a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a king-sized bed in the mezzanine bedroom. This can be divided to make twin beds. The large open-plan living space transforms into the second bedroom / space - there are two drop down double beds that are concealed within bespoke wooden wall cabinets. Please see the photos showing the bed configuration. The new luxury bathroom with shower, sink unit, toilet and vanity space is on this floor. Luxurious shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are provided for use during your stay – A hair-dryer is provided with vanity mirror and chair The main living space includes: • A comfortable large 3 seater sofa • Two leather armchairs • Dining table and chairs • Large mirrored wardrobe • Coffee table The kitchenette contains amenities for self-catering: • Fridge/ freezer • Induction hob with extractor fan • Microwave • Toaster • Dishwasher • Washing machine • Cutlery and crockery • Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk • Laundry products Guest access Pittville Loft is available for the sole exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note Close to all amenities, taxis and buses can be sourced outside the building and the train station is a 25 minute walk. For the agile there are electric scooters to rent and use locally. Parking - We provide free parking for one vehicle. Plus there are plenty of parking options available including a large NCP car park within 50 metres of the house, and free on-street parking 10 minutes walk away - at Windsor Street Prestbury Rd and Pittville Crescent Lane In special circumstances, the host can provide visitor secure garage parking below the apartment for the duration of your stay. Please enquire as required Guest access Guests will have use of the self contained apartment known as Pittville Loft Other things to note The host will provide free parking during the stay in Cheltenham town centre zone 10 - which is the zone around Pittville Loft. We do not have a gas supply to the premises and therefore does not need a CO2 sensor. The loft is heated and the water heated from solar panels fixed to the roof of the building
