The remote single garage offers secure parking and convenience of internal access. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property including the garage. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs. No pets of any kind. As the property is a unit, please be mindful that there is a quiet period in place. Coffee, tea, water, and toiletries are provided. A variety of kitchen equipment (air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich maker, mix master, baking trays, common spices and various kitchen utensils) are available to make home-made meals with ease. The unit is very accessible with no stairs. Please park in the garage, no parking in the common driveway. However there is street parking available.
