The interiors are just as ambient as the facades owing to the rattan furnishings, vintage décor, and wooden louvered doors. This tranquil retreat also provides a restorative experience amid lush greenery, with nothing but the companionship of birds and the sounds of the rustling trees for company. The space BEDROOMS - Make your way through the pebbled crescented doorways of this villa which features 5 luxe bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Brimming with vintage decor, all rooms offer a multitude of amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi access, a foldable bed, wardrobe, locker, and an ensuite bathroom. - The rooms on the first floor, each have a separate entrance, an attached TV room and a common balcony overlooking the surroundings. - Both the TV rooms have snug seating arrangements for up to 5 people each and overlook the verdant surroundings. - One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has 2 single beds and an antique piano. Whereas all the other rooms have queen-sized four-poster beds. - Each room on the ground floor opens up to the vibrant sage pastels that encircle the expanse of this property. - One of the bedrooms on the ground floor opens up to the outdoor living room/patio and the pool. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - Emanating a luxe yet pleasant aura, set afoot through the doors of this charming abode to such spacious outdoor living room on the ground floor. - Adorned in vintage hues, sprawling vines, and a fresh pink tinge of bougainvillea, this outdoor living area has a plethora of amenities such as a portable music system, wired CCTV camera, a sofa, and a vintage swing. - It can seat up to 10 people. It is not equipped with an AC. - The al fresco dining area is a component of the open living room and can accommodate up 4 people at a time. - It is not equipped with an AC or TV. - The interiors of this charming abode feature another dining area with floor-to-cieling glass windows. - These windows allow ample natural light and let the interiors blend seamlessly with the vivid hues of the exteriors. - It can seat up to 10 people comfortably. - Each of the rooms on the first floor also features a common balcony adorned with pink bougainvilleas and other exotic plants. - This balcony has ample seating arrangements in the form of rustic chairs where guests can enjoy a hot cuppa or indulge in some rejuvenating meditation sessions. EXTERIOR AREAS - As you make your way through the pool, it will lead you to the sprawling outdoor areas that are an absolute delight and feature soothing greenery and ample hang-out spots. - Covering an area of about 5000 sq.ft. enjoy a leisurely stroll on the dewy grass in the mornings or watch the star-studded skies at night. - The lawn offers a whole new perspective at night, owing to the vibrant lights that give it a dreamy look. - The lush exteriors also feature a quaint garden/orchard that is abounded with palm trees, mango plantations, bougainvillea, and many more exotic plants. - It also features cosy seating arrangements for up to 4 people. - Just as indulgent as the interiors, the lavish exteriors also feature a stunning private wrap-around pool flanked by a spacious outdoor living area on one side and abundant greenery on the other. - The pool is 100x50 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests do not have access to the basement room. - The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them. - Please note that guests are not allowed to pluck the fruits from the orchards. - The location of the villa is secluded. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. Additionally, the inverter can support all appliances excluding the ACs for up to 2 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - There property houses two friendly Indie dogs - Kalu and Lola for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of the property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Please note that there is no AC in the open living room. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
