The drive is on a slight incline. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The outside area is on a slight incline, whilst the pool area is tiled. Access to the poolside is via grass and stepping stones. Inside, there are 3 steps from the kitchen to the lounge and a further 3 steps to the staircase. There are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen is 77cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 100cm wide.
