Berg-Büdchen - cute maisonette apartment

Our lovingly furnished duplex apartment Berg-Büdchen has small but nice 21 sqm on two floors - large enough to make it really cozy, small enough for an inexpensive vacation in the beautiful Harz. The space On the 2 floors there is a designer couch by Franz-Fertig, which can serve as a sofa bed for one person as well as for two people, a flat screen TV, kitchenette with seating for 4 people, wardrobe, shower room, as well as a bed and a cozy wing chair on the upper floor. The kitchen has 2 hotplates, a coffee maker and fridge and is fully equipped. Our small shower room is very special: the room is also the shower! The parking space on the property can be used free of charge. To reduce energy consumption and costs for hot water and electric heating, we charge extra for electricity so that each guest has the opportunity to control these costs. This allows us to offer the apartment at a lower price and each guest has the opportunity to control the amount of the costs themselves. Because the electricity in Sankt Andreasberg is produced by its own hydropower plant, this is the most sustainable and environmentally friendly energy supply and heating method. The meter is openly accessible to every guest, so full transparency is guaranteed. Billing is made after departure according to the current electricity prices of the provider, payable within 7 days after notification. Otherwise, the intermediary will be involved due to predetermined deadlines. We reserve the right to request a security deposit for the electricity fee in advance. The fee is payable 7 days after notification, otherwise we will have to involve Airbnb. Please bring your own bed linens, sheets and towels (inlets are available) or book a laundry package. Attention: there is a visitor's tax obligation. Please provide us with the name and age of all guests, we will then register you. The fee is then to be reimbursed to us. An initial set (1 kitchen towel, 1 dish sponge, 1 roll of toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher) is available. Your telephone availability is required for check-in. The apartment is centrally located but still quiet, so it is only a few minutes to the shopping street with a fantastic baker and pastry chef, a supermarket and several shops and restaurants. A new great pizzeria is close by. The apartment is opposite the spa park. There is also a mini golf course. In the health resort of Andreasberg there is a new, super great climbing park, an observatory, a summer toboggan run and a mountain bike downhill park. In winter, it is the perfect starting point for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing on the numerous slopes, cross-country trails and mountains, where there is often snow until April. In the surrounding area there are various swimming pools and spas, bathing lakes and outdoor pools, paintball, "Harzdrenalin" with mega zipline, suspension bridge, wall running and gigaswing, at Crude children can smash over the slopes with great vehicles (Ziesel), and much more We ourselves were in the Harz for the first time in 2020 and fell in love directly - with the place, the landscape and the people.
