Surrounded by the picturesque Chiemgau Alps and the Wendelstein Mountains, our Schmiedhof nestles in the greenery of Bavarian nature. The nearby Chiemsee and numerous small natural swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity invite you to linger. With us you can expect two spacious 5-star chalet apartments, an active farm which we would love to take you to and our adventure farm with yoga offer. We look forward to seeing you soon! The space The Gipfelglück apartment offers space for 6 people with a living area of 125 square meters. The apartment got its name from the location at the top of our house: the highlight is its panoramic dormer window overlooking the surrounding forests, meadows, mountains and the sunset. Other specials are the whirlpool tub in the bathroom and the summit gallery, where the third bedroom is located. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms, a balcony, an open living and dining area, a modern kitchen and a separate toilet in the apartment. Also in the Gipfelglück apartment, the bedrooms are equipped with exclusive double beds. These and many other pieces of furniture were handmade and are made of the wood of a 100-year-old hay barn from our village. In summary: Here you are at the peak of vacation happiness! Guest access Our two newly built apartments in the exclusive chalet style offer a rustic and cozy living experience for the whole family on over 100 square meters. A huge, Mediterranean garden with barbecue and dining area, hammocks, raised beds, yoga platform and relaxation zone complete our offer for a decelerated and relaxing holiday in the Chiemgau region Other things to note Besides, there is a lot to see here: With our almost 250 cows, a young one sees the light of day almost every day. In the morning, our cows are supplied with 14 tons of silo and in the summer we cultivate about 140 hectares of meadows and fields. And not to forget the many little calves, chickens, our two giant-eared rabbits and our farm dog Jimmy. Together as a family business, we are in the fresh air almost all day and passionately care for our animals: feeding, milking, mucking out, driving tractors, field work. But we must not miss out on coziness and togetherness: After work, we like to sit together with a glass of wine in the garden, barbecue and make campfires. And for relaxation, farmer Kathi offers relaxation and yoga classes as a certified yoga teacher and provides everyone on the farm with delicious snacks and healthy things from the garden.
