Quiet vacation home with pool in Oléron

Family house with above ground pool located near the Pont d 'Oléron, ideal for getting out of the island, to visit La Rochelle 1h drive by car, Palmyra Zoo at 1h20 or Royan at 45 minutes. Quiet house in a cul-de-sac 35 minutes' walk from the city center with all its shops, market, oyster shacks. House located 4 km from the beach of Vert Bois accessible by bike paths close to the house (bike rental 1.6 km from the house). The space The house has 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 children's room with bunk beds and access to toys and board games (for children aged 5/8) and a bedroom with BZ sofa for 2 people with desk and 1 TV. In the living room you will have 1 large TV with access to Netflix, a DVD player with different DVDs at your disposal and fiber. The dining room overlooks a beautiful terrace (west side) that opens into a meadow, not overlooked, with table, chairs, barbecue and electric blind to spend pleasant moments. Near the terrace, sun loungers near the above ground pool. For the safety of children, simply remove the ladder. In the open kitchen you'll find a wine cellar, steam oven, microwave, coffee maker + 1 Dolce Gusto, toaster, American fridge/freezer with fresh water and ice at all times. The kitchen also opens onto a terrace with table and chairs (east side). The bathroom has a double sink, bath/shower. We leave available some children and adults' books, card and board games and some games for the pool. The water being very limestone in Oléron, we had a water softener and an osmosis agent installed that filters the tap water so we could drink it. The house has 2 parking spaces in the garden with also the possibility of leaving the vehicle at the bottom of the deadlock. Guest access You can use the whole house, parking spaces but the garage not attached to the house will remain closed.
