Seaside Hollow

Our space is designed with your needs in mind, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and living room, your own bathroom including tub, piano, high-speed Wi-Fi, hot tub, BBQ on artful tile mosaic patio, work space and a comfortable bed. Our beautiful bay is just 3 blocks down the road. It's a short drive over to Morro Bay, Cayucos, or Avila Beach for some relaxing beach time or to the historic mission town San Luis Obispo! The friendly hosts Matthias and Katie are always available to help. The space We are located right between Baywood Park and the little town of Los Osos. It is easy to walk to either location! There is a parking space in front of the home on the street along the fence reserved for the guest. Be sure to leave a good space for the mail truck next to the mail boxes. We can also give you the driveway if that works better for you while you are unloading or need to park closer to the front door. We are flexible! Upon arrival down the front drive you are greeted with our tile mosaic "tree of life" to the right of the front door. And to the right of the front drive is our front yard garden and pond with several trees and pathways through the many plants and sculptures. There is a hardscape below the front garden, our front patio. Inside the front entrance is the living room kitchen open shared space that includes a piano, couch, chairs, tv, sound system and fully equipped kitchen. Guests are welcome to enjoy this space. The 1200 sqft home includes 2 cozy bedrooms. Headed down the hallway the guest room is the first door on the left. There is a double bed, coffee/tea and water station, a mini fridge, desk work space and easy pull down blackout blind. Across the hall is a bathroom exclusively for use by the guest. There is a shower and bathtub. The host bedroom and bath is the next door down the hall on the right from the guest bath. Follow the hall and the last door on the left is the back office that leads to the back yard and patio. Our 3 little friendly dogs sleep in the back office as well and have access to the back patio through a dog door. Out the back door you come to the spacious back patio and yard space where there are chairs and tables, a BBQ and hot tub available to enjoy. In the far back corner of the yard we also have a chicken coop. We currently have 2 chickens. Guest access The guest will be given a code to use to enter the front door. The guest bedroom is the first door on the left in the hallway. The second door on the right is the host bedroom. The gate to the backyard should remain secured as we have 3 sweet, small older dogs to keep safely inside. During your stay During your stay I am most always available. I can be reached even while working if you need me. I love socializing and sharing new experiences but am also happy to respect your privacy! Other things to note My room is currently only available for solo guests or remote workers due to shared spaces, neighbors and the licensing that I hold through the county as well as AirBNB. Sorry for the inconvenience, if you have requests for more than one guest you can try searching other AirBNB’s here in Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos or Baywood Park. Thanks again.
