The house is the ideal starting point for hiking and skiing and is within walking distance of the ski lifts of the Zettersfeld ski and hiking area. The space The building is built into the slope, so the rooms are spread over 4 half-floors. Guests have 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bed bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 living and dining area with small kitchen and balcony, 1 sauna and a large terrace with outdoor dining area. The house is located at 1800 m above sea level in the Zettersfeld ski resort and is accessible all year round via a toll road. (Snow chains are mandatory in winter). Access to the house is only possible in summer. In winter, the parking lot is about 200 meters from the house. In winter, luggage must be transported independently to the accommodation with a large sled - a bit of muscle power is necessary. Hot water and heating is gas operated and is included in the price. The living room can also be heated with a brick furnace. The wood for heating is also included in the price. Outside the cottage there is a small cellar, which can be used as a storage room, for example for ski equipment. There is also a chest freezer.
