Vassætra. The Greenhouse!

Nice house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located between Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1,200 per day. Owner with family lives in the same courtyard and is an experienced host for many years. There is also access to several freshwater areas with perch fishing on the beach. The space The house is clean and has a decent standard with simple beds that can be put together to double if desired. The kitchen has everything you need, if something is missing I will take care of it. Clean towels and bed linen from the laundry, consumables are scarce in the house but for several days stay it must be taken into account that this runs out. The house is located on the family farm Vassætra where 3 generations live and there is a sheep farm. Guest access Upon arrival we will go through the access to places, I will gladly show places and explain everything you need to know and more.🙂 Other things to note Checking out in from May 1 to September 1 is only on Saturdays. If it is so that a guest will come on Sunday to leave on Friday it is okay but man has to pay the week from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year it is not a firm day for guests to decide for themselves the days you want. To rent a boat, only weekly rent also applies to father 1 May to 1 September, i.e. NOK 7000.
