There are 2 cameras under the house in the carport for safety and security purposes, which are only monitored when the house is empty. The minimum age to rent is 25. The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day. Upon entering on the main floor, you'll find a den with large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. This is a great "hideaway" spot to play a game, read a book or watch your favorite TV show while gazing at the Gulf. The first of 2 sleeper sofas is here. A large covered water view deck runs the length of the house. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor, two with a queen bed each, one with 2 sets of custom made bunks and a second king sized primary with gulf facing balcony. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor each with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom has either a soundview or a Gulfview covered deck as well as a flat screen HD satelite TV. Tile floors run through the entire house! Up one flight is the large open concept great room where you'll find a large gourmet kitchen, dining table seating 12, breakfast bar seating 4 and large living area with more comfortable seating and flat screen TV. The second sofa sleeper is here. Thru the wall of windows you have more forever Gulf views and a second large covered deck to relax on. The king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf view deck and en suite bath is on this floor. A free-standing tub, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities make this en suite a real spa experience. A full sized laundry room and a half bath are also located on this floor for your convenience. After a long beach day, rinse off under the private outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars. Gas grill.
