One off delivery fee : £25 Linen set (single or double) : £10 Sofa bed or fold-out bed : £15 per night, per bed. Pet Fee: £15 per night, per pet. (Discounts available for longer stay) Early check-in: £20 per hour before 4 pm Late check-out (planned): £20 per hour after 10 am Late check-out (unplanned): £40 per hour after 10 am All additional services are subject to availability and prepayment required. SELF CHECK IN: For the benefit of our guests we operate on a self check in process CHECK IN: Your contactless check in instructions will be issued from 3:45pm on the day of your arrival and you will be able to check in anytime after 4 pm. CUT OFF TIME: We operate on emergencies only after 6 pm and communication might be limited. COMMUNICATION: Our phone lines are extremely busy most of the time and we do not guarantee your phone call will be answered or that you will receive a call back. However, written communication is answered on a timely manner and we ask all our guests to contact us by emails or messages only to ensure a quick reply. POST: We would like to kindly request that you do not send any deliveries/posts to the address of stay We are not liable for collection or delivery of any posts. EARLY CHECK IN/EXTENSIONS: We allow paid early check ins where possible and we also offer discounts on booking extensions. As such, guests may experience noise from outside the premises at various times throughout the day and night, including traffic, pedestrians, neighbouring properties, and general city activity. At present, Birmingham City Council is experiencing ongoing bin collection strikes. This may result in rubbish being present outside the premises and/or within surrounding communal areas. These circumstances are outside of our control.
