We will not allow unregistered guests. Following Azure’s Rules are strictly implemented. A. The unit can only accommodate a MAXIMUM of only four (4) guests. B. CHECK-IN time is 2PM Onwards. C. CHECK-OUT time is Strictly at 12 NN/PM. PAST that time will be charged ₱500/hr through Airbnb. D. Towels for rent if additional towels are needed. ₱35/ Each (Other Hosts charge ₱50) ***For longer stays we charge extra additional ₱650 cleaning fee if you want the unit to be cleaned in between your stay. E. No visitors allowed (Admin Rules) D. LATE CHECK-IN does NOT mean you can checkout late, we advise to check-in on time to maximize your stay. Guests are expected to clean up before check out. Kindly place your garbage properly on the trash can. Garbage can also be disposed at the trashroom located near the elevator. ✅ No Gas Stove / We allow minor cooking only. Rice cooker, microwave, Electric/Induction Stove and electric kettle is available in the unit. ✅No Dumping Food in the Sink or Toilet Bowl / Clogged Drainage; Penalty ₱2,500 repair cost ✅ No smoking inside the unit, if smoke is detected in the furniture; Penalty ₱5,000 • Smoking is allowed at the balcony ✅Do not adjust the TV position as it may damage the screen; Penalty ₱2,000 repair cost or ₱12,050 replacement cost. ✅ Do not spill food on the furniture; Penalty ₱1,000 per furniture item, cost of professional cleaner. ✅Please refrain from moving the internet router to avoid damage to the fiber line; Penalty; ₱2,500 ✅Please refrain from adjusting the hot water heater in the bathroom to avoid damage to the unit; Penalty: ₱1,000 repair cost or ₱7,500 replacement cost. ✅Do not hang clothes or hangers on the shelves attached to the walls as this may cause the shelves to fall or get damaged Also refrain from hanging clothes on the balcony railing. Clothes Rack is available for hanging wet clothes. Penalty: ₱700 per shelf and ₱1,000 cost of re-installation by maintenance dept.
