Welcome to our Haven Home–a newly renovated, private, studio basement unit in our family home nestled in a friendly, quiet east-end neighbourhood! The location is unbeatable, situated within a short walk to the Beach, Leslieville, and Danforth, or a short Uber or TTC ride to downtown. Situated within steps of Little India, and only a short walk to the Beach, Leslieville, and the Danforth, our location is unbeatable. Take a short Uber ride or hop on the 24-hour streetcar nearby to get downtown with ease. Despite being so close to the energy and life of the big city, this unit is a private retreat nestled in a quiet, friendly community in east-end Toronto. It is within walking distance to a variety of local restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, grocery stores, shops, a movie theatre, and the History concert venue. This spacious, private, studio basement apartment is a newly renovated space in our family home. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, bar fridge, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, and is stocked for light cooking. Complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and drinks await you. You will be sure to find rest in the combined cozy bedroom and living room space that includes a luxurious queen bed, inviting leather sectional, and an electric fireplace. Entertainment is at your fingertips with the large 55" Smart TV with access to cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Fresh linens and towels will be provided. Guests who require a parking space will need to acquire a temporary street permit parking through the City of Toronto. Wifi details will be provided at check-in. Guest access Guests can access the apartment via a gate to our backyard patio. A code will be provided for the key box that offers entry to the suite at our guests' convenience. The studio unit is separate from the main house, and guests will enjoy the use of the entire basement floor during their stay. A locked door is between the guest suite and the main house for guest and host privacy. Other things to note We take pride in our home and work hard to ensure that all spaces are kept in clean, welcoming condition. We look forward to sharing our full-time family home with respectful guests and will do our best to provide a wonderful stay. We kindly ask that guests respect that there is no smoking on the property.
