This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space. The space The Orchard Suite includes a super soft queen bed, reading nook with bench, a roomy dining table and chairs, a large tv, a huge bathroom with a tub/shower, an enormous closet with double mirrors, and a super comfortable outdoor dining space just outside your door. You are welcome to wander through the yard and even pick any ripe produce that catches your eye. Fresh eggs and home-made jam are usually available upon request. Guest access Laundry area available upon request. You have the whole suite to yourself, and are welcome to use our outdoor dining space and yard. Other things to note ~Noise is fairly minimal, and quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m -7:00 a.m. ~The room includes its own thermostat and heating/cooling units. ~Laundry facility and ironing board, etc. available upon request. ~Mini “kitchenette” includes a coffee bar and kuerig, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster. Bathroom has a tub/shower. ~Only one step up into the suite just steps away from our safe parking area behind our home. ~No smoke or pets please due to the owner’s severe allergies. ~Portable crib or twin mattress available upon request. ~Highchair available upon request. ~We offer 2 different “Pampering Packages” for those who are interested. Option A: $10 -2 chocolate truffles on your pillows -soothing/romantic fireplace with music playing on the tv when you arrive -Electric flicker candles wrapped in fairy lights placed around the suite and turned on for your arrival Option B: $30 (Our most popular) -All of Option A plus: -Sparkling Cider in a bucket of ice with goblets -Rose petals scattered on the bed -A pair of plush robes to use while you’re here -Your choice of a bath bomb
