The space Our unit is a contemporary, spacious (2,800 sq. sf) and comfortable home, with 3 bedrooms, a loft and a queen sofa bed in the lower level. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, and the kid bedroom comes with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds). Along with the queen sofa bed in the lower level, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. This newly renovated home comes with 2 new full baths and 1 new half bath, new AC systems, new appliances, all new furniture made from solid Aspen Wood specially ordered from Colorado, and all new tile floor throughout. Once inside, you’ll notice the open floor plan, cathedral ceilings with a big ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading out to the large deck space. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Find yourself in a very comfortable living sitting by the fireplace, with huge windows that look out to the forest. When open the sliding door or windows, you can enjoy the peaceful running water from the close by stream. Your own family can enjoy super-fast WIFI access as well as a long list of TV channels from Spectrum TV. All bed linens, bathroom amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer), iron & board, dishes, pots, pans and utensils are provided for your convenience. The loft is accessed separately by ladder, and is currently set up as an additional sleeping space or hangout place, which is perfect for kids! Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit, in addition to the 50 acres of common area surrounding the Crown Ridge property. Perfect for hiking, exploring, mountain biking, and privacy! Please note: As of March 2024, the Crown Ridge clubhouse (swimming pool, weight room, game room), playground and tennis court have been permanently closed and not available to guests. Other things to note For our guest safety, we installed a motion-censored flood light with security camera in front of our garage. No AC system in the kid's bedroom. We installed a standalone fan. With the cool air from the living room AC and the standalone fan, it should be very cool for anyone who uses that room. Extra propane tanks, a shovel, salt, and sand are in the small storage room near the main entrance.
