House with a balcony facing the sea and a private beach

The house has two suites with Double bed in each suite. There are 2 bathrooms, in the living room there is a double bed single bed and underneath is another single bed, living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with panoramic ocean views. Super view. The house is 25 meters above sea level, and going down these 25 meters you will arrive at our private beach. We do not provide bed linen or towels, and there is a fee for bed linen and towels. The space The house is in a condominium where we preserve the tranquility and silence of the place, we are in a Very private location but at the same time close to everything, market, restaurants, general commerce. Guest access We have our private beach here, a coastal beach, where we removed the stones and formed pebbles and little sand, but it is easy to enter the sea. We have 2 wooden decks over the sea, chairs and tables by the sea, a sunny area and wooded areas forming shade, in this case the house is 25 meters above sea level. You have to go down a staircase to get to our beach. Other things to note House rules: if you turn on the air-conditioning, close the doors and windows; if you leave, turn off the air-conditioning. Do not flush toilet paper. We don't allow parties, loud noise is not allowed! We observe the law of silence, from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. it is not allowed to make excessive noise such as: loud noise, screams, whistles; help maintain the tranquility of the place, respecting the rules.
