The space Welcome to Lobster House – a rustic 1950s gem with a pink stucco facade. Here, you can enjoy both relaxation and togetherness in a stunning environment, year-round. Lobster House offers something truly special. The large garden, filled with plants and berries during the summer, invites wonderful moments outdoors. The patio features a grill, perfect for a night with good friends, and a cozy shed for both relaxation and enjoyable meals. Inside, you'll find a spacious, open area with a large dining table, ideal for shared meals and mingling. For breakfast, there’s a smaller bistro corner. The kitchen, from Picky Living with marble countertops, is generous in size and equipped with everything you need for a great meal, including mussel pots and more. Most of the furniture is from Jonas Bohlin in the dining room and kitchen, with selected pieces in the bedrooms. The bar stools in the kitchen are from FRAMA. On the ground floor, there’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, finished in white tiles and floor tiles from Höganäs, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine for added convenience. In Lobster House you'll find six comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. All beds are made, and fresh towels are ready for you upon arrival. Rooms: Room 21: Double room for two people. Room 22: Family room with an additional room and sofa bed, 2-4 people. Room 23: Room with a terrace overlooking the garden, for two people. Room 24: Two separate beds (120 cm and 80 cm), for two people. Room 25: Family room with an additional room and sofa bed, 2-4 people. Room 26: Room with an additional room and double bed, for two people. Lobster House is the perfect place for friends, family, or colleagues to gather, enjoy delicious meals, and create lasting memories in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Warmly welcome! Guest access As guests, you will have the entire house to yourselves, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. There are parking spaces right outside the house for your convenience. Additionally, five bikes of various types and qualities are available for you to borrow during your stay, allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings. The door code will be sent to you the day before check-in, making your arrival smooth and easy! Other things to note We want you to feel welcome and comfortable at Lobster House, and to treat the house as if it were your own. If anything breaks or an accident occurs during your stay, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible and cover the cost of any damage, repairs, or replacements needed. We also remind you that parties or loud music are not allowed in the house to avoid disturbing the surrounding area, and we require guests to be at least 25 years old to rent the house. A final cleaning fee will be added to the rental price. Regarding cancellations, the following applies: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund (minus the service fee). No refunds are given for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
