Location and Accessibility ● Just under 3 hours drive from Toronto Waterfront Features ● Beautiful lake view with excellent swimming and fishing. ● Guests can use four kayaks, two SUP boards, a paddle boat and 12 ft aluminum boat. Seasonal Activities ● Summer: Swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. ● Winter: The property is fully equipped for winter stays with a wood stove and furnace. Recreational Facilities ● Four separate decks, a screened room, and a lakeside Tiki bar for outdoor relaxation. ● Hiking trails accessible from the property. Other Things to Note 1. Minimum 7-night stay in July and August. 2. Minimum 3-night stay for all long weekends and holidays. 3. Minimum 2-night stay September to June. 4. The Woodside and Lakeside cabins are included in July and August stays. From September to June access to one or both of these cabins is available for an additional per night fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and the main cottage. Access to the Woodside Cabin (sleeps 4) and the Lakeside Cabin is available in July and August bookings. From September to June the Woodside and Lakeside Cabins are available for an additional fee. Please note: No other guests will stay on site during your stay. Other things to note Please Note 1. Minimum 3 night stay in July, August, long weekends and holidays. 3. Minimum 2-night stay September to June. 4. No pets allowed. 5. No smoking inside cottage or screened room. 6. Guests must take their garbage with them. Arrangements can be made for garbage to be dropped at the local dump. 7. Parties are not allowed. 8. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 9 am. 9.
