With two couch beds and six twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure. The building is also equipped with a partial generator in case of a power outage—so you’re always covered! This is the perfect spot if you’re planning to explore the island rather than stay indoors all day. It’s a great home base for your Puerto Rican adventure! Guest access During your stay, you have access to the whole apartment unit (please rinse the sand off before returning to the apartment). On the same level, there is a convenient little shower pass the elevators on the right hand side. Other things to note House rules are that you should treat this place like it was your own. Check-in and check-out Instructions will be provided close to the arrival date. The apartment t will come with a couple of toilet papers rolls and one paper towel. If you need more you can buy from several places around like gas stations, Amigo supermarket or Walgreens that sells per single rolls. Please do not throw any other paper than toilet paper down the toilet because it will clogged the toilet. You will be responsible for the plumber fee to unclogged the toilet in the event it was clogged with paper. Please bear in mind that we live on an island, and there may be brief disruptions of power, water, or internet. Lanterns and gallons of water are kept in the closet in case of a power or water loss throughout the night.
