This unique home on More Acres Farm was built in the 1850s as a one room school house was later turned into a simple farmhouse in the 1900s. Located right off of US 460 and I 77 this 3 bed room home puts you close to several ATV trails in Southern WV, is 12 miles away from Pipestem State Park, and gives easy access to Princeton's many restaurants. The space This cozy farmhouse has 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed as well as a 3rd bedroom with a twin size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. In addition, the couch in the living room is also a pull out bed. Also included in a full size kitchen, dry bar, and dining table. There are 4 TVs total, one in the living room, and one in each bedroom, each with Roku access. We also offer complimentary wifi and coffee! The back yard is perfect for a relaxing evening by grilling out and spending time by a fire. Guest access Guests have access to entire house except for one room used as storage. Other things to note Location perfectly located near several state parks, interstate, ATV trails, golf courses, and restaurants.
