O-Town Loft on 25th

Welcome to the Loft on Historic 25th. Located on the 2nd floor of an historic building complete with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The location can't be beat with several restaurants, shops, and coffee spots all within walking distance. 30 minutes from world class ski resorts and just a short drive from many hiking trails. The space If you are traveling to Ogden, this Loft is the perfect spot to experience and explore the city. Overlooking historic 25th street, the main living area has large windows, hardwood floors and a great modern kitchen which includes all new appliances, with the exception of a dishwasher. Relax and enjoy a drink on the large restoration hardware leather couches. The primary bedroom is roomy, with a king bed, smart TV, and exterior windows for natural lighting. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV as well. There is a full laundry room, a nice bathroom with a tub shower combo, and an additional half bath. Relax on the glass enclosed back patio with views of Ben Lomond. It’s very private, and well stocked with everything you will need to have a memorable stay. Please note: the loft is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator availability. Guest access You will access the loft directly from 25th St. There is a stairway through the main door that will lead you to the second floor. At the top of the stairs, you will turn right and will see the main door directly in front of you. Both the main entrance door code, and loft entrance door code will be provided to you at the time of booking. Besides the loft apartment , there are a few doors down the main hall that are used for storage that will be locked and not accessible for the guests. The entire second floor is only for guests, you are the only one with access to it and have it all to yourself. Other things to note The building is not equipped with an elevator. Parking is behind the building in a parking lot with a pass.
