Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in a quiet jungle setting with abundant opportunities for bird watching and enjoying the occasional troop of monkeys passing through. Enjoy the pool & patio or swim, surf, & sunbathe at nearby beaches. Several waterfalls are a short drive from the property. The village of Ojochal is noted for its numerous 4 and 5 star restaurants. Although the property is close to the main highway, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed. The space Our home has been renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen & family room. It has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning & blackout curtains. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with towels. The laundry area has washer & dryer for  your convenience.The kitchen is stocked with cookware, tableware, & the essentials for preparing meals.  Device chargers are available on the shelf near the kitchen table.The family room / kitchen area is air conditioned with a new hybrid solar 24,000 BTW unit additionally complemented with 2 ceiling and 2 wall fans  which provide ample air movement. Outdoor space. Each bedroom has sliding door access to the covered back deck & swimming pool, pool patio, & outdoor shower. Guest Access. Our co-host will provide keys to the house & will be  available to answer questions during your stay. He has lived in the area for many years & can give good advice for things to do & see. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the house & pool during your stay. There will not be other guests. Other things to note You will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the property. Although it is less than a mile to the highway, the unpaved road has a few steep hills, making travel in a low clearance, 2 wheel drive vehicle difficult. Air Conditioning. Each Bedroom is airconditioned including living room and kitchen. The back deck & family room kitchen area have ceiling & wall fans.
