Tucked away behind our main house, with covered parking...a must for South GA rainy days, it's the perfect retreat on the outskirts of town. (5 mins or less) Close to Statesboro, GSU, Pembroke, Savannah, Metter, Reidsville, Vidalia, Glennville, and Hinesville. (all approx. 1 hr. or less drive) The space The open-concept living space has a minimalist aesthetic but greets you with warmth and simplicity. The living room is a place of relaxation, featuring a 50” wall TV, La-Z-Boy recliner, and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate 2 additional guests, while still maintaining an uncluttered and spacious atmosphere. Need to catch up on work? A dedicated workspace is thoughtfully integrated in the living room, providing you with a place to take care of business. The bedroom offers a queen bed with mattress topper, hotel quality sheets, and extra pillows, perfect for a peaceful night's rest. The room has been thoughtfully designed featuring a built-in make-up table with large mirror and bright overhead lighting, ideal for getting ready for the day. The air-conditioner/heat window unit is placed in the back window of the bedroom and heats and cools the entire apartment. The bathroom accommodation are spit between two spaces. The half-bath features a sink and toilet, offering essential facilities allowing you to freshen up with ease. Adjacent to it, the shower room, housing a single shower stall and providing you with hotel style towels/wash clothes and showering amenities. You'll find the kitchen to be a functional and inviting space. Complete with a full-size refrigerator and stove, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal. You will also find a Keurig, toaster, microwave, crockpot, George Forman grill, hand mixer, and blender to use for quick and easy bites. The kitchen door leads to the outside covered shelter providing safe and convenient parking, ensuring your vehicle is well-protected throughout your stay. Guest access You are granted complete access to the apartment, except for the attic space, a specific closet in the bedroom designated for supplies, and a few kitchen cabinets also reserved for supplies. These areas are securely locked, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for these restrictions. Other things to note 4 people maximum (unless approved by host) A fire extinguisher is available under the kitchen sink, though we hope it won't be necessary to use it. The hosts are not liable for any injuries that may occur while you are on the property, nor for lost or stolen items during your stay. Please ensure to lock the door when entering and exiting the premises. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home or in close proximity to entrances. The use of illegal drugs is not allowed, and it's important to note that marijuana is not legal in Georgia. Alcohol consumption should be done responsibly, and any form of drunkenness is not permitted. Hosting parties or events on the premises is not allowed. Trash pickup occurs every Wednesday. You might notice or hear us collecting the trash from the outdoor bin located behind the apartment on either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. We will make efforts not to disturb you, so please don't be alarmed. Homeowners retain the right to enter the apartment in case of an emergency.
