Please note that our home sits right on the river, so you'll likely encounter some of Arkansas’ local residents—like bugs, spiders, wasps, and the occasional tick. While we clean thoroughly between visits and maintain the deck and dock regularly, nature is always nearby! Pollen, dust, and other natural elements may be present, especially during certain seasons. Other things to note Keep the garage and passage door for the 2nd floor closed during warmer months to keep the upstairs cool! The fireplace is not in working order. Guests will not be permitted to make a fire in the fireplace. The boat pictured in the photos is not for guest use. The boat slip will be available for guest to dock their boat while visiting. Use extreme cause in the backyard and on the dock. The river can be extremely cold and swift.
