Less than 5 min to historic downtown Mt Vernon and only 15 min to Lake Cypress Springs, Bob Sandlin & Cooper Lake state parks. Great for star gazing! The space Live out your cowboy dreams! Home features authentic antiques from around the area. Front and back porches with rockers. BBQ grill. Keypad to get in, with code emailed before checkin. No stairs inside house but there are several from the ground to get to the porch/entry door. Plenty of parking on gravel. Home fits up to 4 adults + 3 kids + 1 toddler +1 baby. Please note: Swepco/Southwestern power co powers Mt. Vernon and sometimes experiences city wide power outages. If you arrive and there’s no power you will get a full refund. Guest access Entire home + 6.5 acres of land including a private trail and fishing pond. Other things to note 100% of our cleaning fee goes to our cleaner. Please see house manual, rules, and arrival guide. Our vacation rental is not for long term living; it’s for people on vacation/visiting short term. We recommend traveling construction workers, people whose homes are undergoing extensive renovations etc find a more suitable situation as our cabin isn’t built for that.
