This property is close to many different wedding venues in the area, including Duncan Memorial Chapel, Bradshaw Duncan House, & Yew Dell Gardens, and only 25 minutes to downtown Louisville. Come relax & enjoy your Home Away from Home! The space The Yellow House at Floydsburg has plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Features include a large open kitchen with lots of seating, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 Queen beds, 2 Full Beds, 2 Twin Beds & a Queen Air Mattress, if needed), 3 full baths, a Library for relaxing, and TV area for hanging out, and a large second floor game room with ping pong, foosball & game table! For outdoor entertainment, there is a open Deck with table, chairs & umbrella, a covered patio across the back of the home and 2.5 acres of space for outdoor fun! Guest access The entire home is available for your travel group during your stay, except for the attic areas and the unfinished basement. There is a barn on the property for storage. The barn & garage are not available for use. There is a maximum of 12 guests on the property. Other things to note Please note: The original home was built in 1905 and has been added on to several times. There are uneven floors and small step-ups at some of the room transitions.
