A niche product between an apartment and hotel, stayAPT Suites offers guests separate spaces for work, sleep, and dining. Each suites offers a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Free wifi, on site guest laundry, courtyard and fitness room. Just off I-40, guests can access the area's attractions, educational institutions and business hubs such as Toyota Boshoku, West Tennessee Sportsplex, Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Kellogg Co., Lane College, Delta Faucet and more! Other things to note Checking In: Guests must be at least 21 to register and present a valid credit card for incidental charges at check in. Please contact hotel for key instructions if you will be arriving outside of office hours. Guests are required to leave a credit card for incidentals. Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 7 am to 7 pm Saturday -Sunday: 9 am to 5 pm Pet Friendly: Limit 1 pet per suite. Pet fees are $25 per pet per night for a max of $150. In addition to the nightly pet fee there is a damage deposit of $250 that will be returned at check out pending inspection of the unit. Courtyard: Quiet hours in the Courtyard from 9pm to 7am, 7 days a week. No pets are allowed in the courtyard.
