Welcome to Arygle homestead. Located in the beautiful scenic rim with elevated views across to cunninghams gap. This 5 bedroom full air conditioned homestead will be your home away from home. Features include an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, heated pool (approx oct-april) and a variety of outdoor dining and lounging spaces. All privately set on 96 acres with walking and 4wd accessible tracks throughout. The space All living and bedrooms are located on the one upper level. Downstairs you will find a third living area with a PlayStation 4, TV and large media lounge. Additionally downstairs you will find a games room with air hockey and ping pong, an arcade table and a full weights gym. The front deck is an enjoyable space for your morning coffee or Brekky. We heat the pool to take off the chill. In warmer months it’s heated to around 28-30 degrees pending weather. It’s turned off from May to September as it’s too cool and not worth it due to being down to single digits). It also has a shade sail for extra protection. This is our family home, we have used it as our weekender with our children for the past 6 years and we are excited to share it with other families and hope you will make the memories we have over the years. We ask that you respect it and follow our rules. The rules we set are also for your safety. There is an outside fire pit and indoor fireplace. Note: due to recent rain events there are some patches along Rosevale Rd that are under repair. Further Note: Telstra phone service works 100%. Starlink Wifi available but you will have limited reception with Optus & Vodaphone Please also note the property has cattle fencing but not dog fencing, your pet can however be secured on the front deck should you need to. We have had to apply an additional fee (noted as community fee) this is for firewood as the cost to source, deliver and supply firewood. Guest access You are free to access the full property however if you access the paddocks outside the fenced area of the main home you do so at your own risk as there are cattle on the property and cattle can be unpredictable. Other things to note Pets are now by prior approval only. Please send enquiry before booking. Wedding enquiries - at this stage we are not set up to accept bookings for weddings, we hope you understand. If you are with Optus or vodaphone you may experience limited phone reception. Starlink wifi is provided. We supply firewood and a start up supply of basics. This includes Nespresso pod coffee, selection of teas, sugar, milo and a couple of treats. We also have salt, pepper, oil, tomato and bbq sauce, paper towel, toilet paper, foil and cling wrap. In the bathrooms we have body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
