Your Private Stay at Deer Haven!

Welcome to Deer Haven! A private, charming guest house nestled within 10+ Acres. It will accommodate 4-5 guests comfortably, and boasts picturesque views from every part of the property! Newly remodeled with Brand new, Custom furniture and Decor. At Deer Haven, you'll be sure to feel right at home. You can relax and enjoy the Serenity & peaceful sightings, some of which may include the family of deer that also live on the grounds. The space The Guest House is where you'll be staying. It is gated, and The property also has a Main home on the grounds that is not for use. The Property Manager may be around to check on the Main house or to do repairs and maintenance from time to time, but there won't be any other guests staying on the property, so you'll have complete privacy. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom can be closed off for full privacy if needed. It includes a Queen Sized Bed with plush linens, a 40" Flat Screen Television, Full Size Closet, and Dresser Armoire. Guests will have access to Premier Directv package for their viewing pleasure. Guest access There are Two Homes on the Property. The Main House and the Guest House. The Guest House is where you'll be staying, as the Main house is unavailable. The grounds are very private, and you'll have lots of outdoor space, but please be mindful of the personal property that is near or around the guest house. You'll have a private, covered back patio area that is equipped with a BBQ, table and chairs, as well as nicely lit string lights for the perfect touch of ambiance. Right in front of the Guesthouse you'll admire the Newly Landscaped Garden, which includes a beautiful water fountain and bench. You'll find that it adds to the tranquility of the space. There's also an enormous yard for kids to play, which includes a batting cage as well as a variety of indoor/outdoor games available. Just Past the batting cages is off limits, as it is considered Wetlands and are inhabited by wildlife, therefore it is best to practice error on the side of caution and allow nature to continue to inhabit the area. ****A note for Pets that will be staying at Deer Haven... -Please be mindful of your pets and responsibilities that come with being a guest anywhere you would take your animals. Please clean up after your pet at all times. The Number ONE rule for having pets at Deer Haven is to NEVER LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED, especially when you leave the premises...your pet must go with you or be crated inside for small increments of time only. The pet fee we impose is not for you to just leave any and all animal messes. It is for wear and tear and extra deep cleaning for hair, etc. Thank you very much. Other things to note Just outside the back patio, you'll have beautiful views of a privately owned lake that is not our property, and cannot be used.
