Tranquil Lodge overlooking Rye Nature Reserve

A beautiful 2 double bedroom holiday lodge overlooking Rye Harbour Nature Reserve on Rye Harbour holiday park. A newly built £3.5 million club house complex is a five minutes walk away which includes a bar, restaurant and access to an indoor swimming pool, steam room & gym. 2 parking spaces are provided at the lodge with extra parking not too far away. Rye beach is a 10 minute walk through the Nature Reserve. Camber Sands is a 10 minute drive away. Rye town is a 5 minute drive The space The lodge provides spacious open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso coffee maker. A quality Lithe Audio ceiling mounted speaker system, a 42" wall mounted TV and WIFI is also available. There is a 6 seater dining table, a comfy armchair with footstool, 2 sofas (1 two seater/ 1 three seater), and bean bags to relax around the electric, flame effect log burner on those long, chilly winter nights. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. The other has wardrobes and access to the main bathroom. A utility room has a combi washing/drying machine along with a sink and cupboard housing the central heating/hot water boiler. Large windows and patio doors overlook a decking area, waterway and the Nature Reserve. Fantastic for observing a variety of birds, ducks with their ducklings and the occasional passing dog walker. The south facing decking has sun loungers and an outdoor corner sofa. Lighting is provided by LED's so the outside relaxation doesn't have to end when the sun goes down.
