The space The space-Sleeps 6 people Bedroom#1: Queen bed which faces the lake Bedroom #2: Queen bed Living Room: Full size sleeper sofa with memory foam topper Towels, bedding, beach towels, and other supplies will be provided according to number of guests registered for the stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, coffee filters, coffee, Nespresso & pods, French press, olive oil, cooking spray, and salt and pepper are provided. We also have a range of board games and puzzles & 55" smart TV (no cable, use your streaming accounts). High chair and portable crib are available by request. The lake and dock are located right out the front door! There you will find a shallow, place to swim, fish, relax on the dock or provided floats and tubes. Paddle North XL utility dock, one canoe, one kayak, and 5 adult life jackets are all included. Yard games include Corn Hole and Bocce Ball. Heated outdoor shower. Please note that there are stairs that you must initially take to get down to the house. We are in a very small residential area with parking for only two cars. We ask that you please do not do laundry unless absolutely necessary. Our septic system has a holding tank, meaning once the tank is full it needs to be pumped. Thank you for respecting this issue. Other things to note We are on a very small residential dead end street. There is parking for ONLY 2 cars. If you need more parking please park at the public boat landing. We of course allow service dogs, but kindly ask that you let us know you are bringing one. We do not allow ESA animals.
