Private heated pool with fenced in backyard. Just steps from the beach, playground, splash pad, fitness area, restaurants & bars, shops, golf course, tennis & pickleball courts - you can have a dream vacation with all the comforts of home! We are minutes away from Las Olas, Ft. Lauderdale airport, & quick drive to Miami. The space Our home offers an expansive kitchen with ALL your cooking, dining and serving needs. In this space, aside from your everyday essentials, you will find a wine fridge, a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, waffle maker, breakfast sandwich maker, mixing bowls and baking pans, serving dishes, cutting boards, tumblers, a drying rack, kids plastic utensils, cups & plates, foil, zip locks, basic spices, sugars, cooking spray and so much more. Cleaning supplies and the fire extinguisher can be found under the island sink. There are also child proofing locks available in a drawer to place on cabinet handles for your family's safety and convenience. There is seating for 4 people at the kitchen island and a dining table directly across that seats 6. We have 4 fully furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, an oversized full length mirror and a large flat screen smart TV. There is also a large dresser and side tables for plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom of its own, and a closet with a dresser. This room also has a desk and chair for a designated work space. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and dresser as well as a full length mirror. The fourth bedroom, also known as our "Bunk Room", is a Surf themed, kid-friendly space with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds for children, a large flat screen smart TV with an expansive closet and dresser for storage. There are kids games and toddler toys located inside the closet. There is a third guest bathroom located right off the main living space which has a full size bathtub. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The back yard has an oversized pergola covered patio with a dining table for 8 people, lights and a fan. Our large, saltwater, pool with a sun shelf can be heated at your request for a nightly fee. We recommend asking for this prior to check-in as it may take up to 24 hours for the water to fully heat. The yard is fully turfed and we have two lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. We have a two pet max policy and all pets must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. A $25 daily pet fee will be applied per pet and will be collected prior to check in. All pets must be house broken and have no history of aggression. We also kindly ask that pets not be permitted on the furniture. We offer many extra comforts on site for your convenience when traveling, such as a beach wagon, cooler, beach bag, beach toys, plenty of pool/beach towels, a high chair and pack-n-play.
