Enjoy this entire private 1950s home surrounded by woods with some recent upgrades to kitchen and floors. Still within village limits and short walk from Pentwater Lake. Public boat launch access just 0.7 miles away. Lake Michigan Beachfront access (Mears State Park) just 1.5 miles away (5 min drive/8 min bike ride). Fun for the whole family complete with Golden Tee Arcade Game, Ping Pong table, and board games. Enjoy the fire pit and corn hole (bean bag) toss game outside. TVs: A smart TV is located in living room and 2 of the bedrooms. You may login to any of your streaming accounts on them! There is not standard cable. PORTABLE A/C UNITS: this house does not have Central A/C, but Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a portable AC unit for your comfort. LIVING ROOM: Pit couch can be used an alternate sleeping option. The center ottoman pushes in and out depending on your seating preference. DO NOT USE fireplace. This is inoperable and not safe for use. KITCHEN: There is not a dishwasher in the home due to limited space so all dishes used will need to be hand washed. Supplies for this are under the sink. We have tried to fully stock kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and most cooking/dining essentials! DINING: In addition to dinette and stools/counter in kitchen, there are TV trays in living room. OUTDOORS: Fire pit and picnic table for use outside! Firewood is not supplied and will need to be purchased. Roasting sticks are also available in the rental. FUN! Board games, Golden Tee, Spike Ball, Camp Chairs, Coolers, Cornhole/Bean bag toss, ping pong table all available WORKING SPACE: desk and monitor located in upstairs master bedroom for your convenience! GARBAGE DAY: Garbage day is Monday so we will be sending someone to bring to curb Sunday evening or Monday morning. DO NOT USE: Upstairs shower is not to be used due to leaking, which is why this is a 1.5 bathroom listing. Upstairs sink and toilet are in order, but please only use downstairs bathroom to shower. DO NOT USE: Fireplace cannot be used as not in order to be safely operated WATER: this house is on a well so water is hard well water and should be noted for drinking, showers, and if doing any laundering. The shower head in bathroom does have a filter to help with this as much as possible.
