Family/kid friendly Eco Home

Perfect for a family holiday. 800m from the beach, recently renovated 3BR home. Stunning outdoor entertaining area, backyard for the kids to run around & Chooks to collect your daily eggs. 1xKing bed, 1x single & 1x Bunk bed double & single above. Booking taken in week block only The space The House will suit a family 2 adults and up to 4 children, Or 3 adults 3 children. Inside there is an open plan lounge, kitchen & Dining. Bathroom with separate toilet. Outside on the patio is an outdoor couch, table setting & BBQ. The backyard has plenty of entertainment for the kids and is fully enclosed so you can relax while the kids wear them selves out. We have 5 chickens that are kept in a run down the back of the yard. They are all hens and are usually very quiet. The eggs are yours to enjoy. They will have food & water, but will love to eat all your scraps or a scoop of seeds that I'll provide. They are very friendly and kids love them. If you'd prefer to just relax I can arrange someone to pop in and feed them. There is a vegie garden, fruit trees & herbs.. if its ripe its yours to enjoy. The beach is a 10 min walk or 1 min drive. Guest access The Whole house & backyard will be yours. No Parking in the Garage. The only access to the garage is to use the laundry. Rear shed will be off limits. Other things to note If you want a good coffee go straight to Driftwood on the main st & Ocean View Fish'n Chips are the best! For a walking distance Cafe, cut through the footy oval to The cheeky Cow just by the beach, or to the Colindina Hotel for a great kid friendly night out.
