Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and an induction plate. Great WiFi, with a WiFi booster in the Apt. There are some board games like backgammon and monopoly, a TV with basic antenna channels and a hdmi cable for streaming off your computer. Apt is heated off the main house heating. There is an additional wall heater in the TV/Kitchen. Guests have access to full downstairs private apartment.
