This room has a private bathtub - 1 bathroom with walk in shower, vanity unit and hair dryer - 1 independent WC - 1 laundry room with washer and dryer • 1ST FLOOR - 1 living room kitchen/living room of 60m2 with dining table for 6/8 people, a convertible 4 seater sofa, a non-convertible 3 seater sofa and 1 equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishes, toaster, pots and pans... - 1 terrace of 23 m2, accessible via the bay window of the living room. Located west overlooking the mountains and a short walk to the river. The house also has a wifi code available. Guest access You have 2 private parking spaces right across from the main entrance of the house to unload your luggage easily. Other things to note • The house does not offer baby equipment at this time. Be sure to bring your own equipment and take precautions for your children. • Pets aren't allowed in this newly renovated home. • As the house is semi-detached, respecting the tranquility of the neighbors is paramount. • There shall not be smoking inside the home. Ashtrays are available on the terrace. • Please respect basic ecological actions, such as turning off the lights in rooms where you are not, turning off the heaters if the windows are open, not leaving the taps open… • Please respect the equipment and furniture provided and report any accidental breakage. Failure to comply with these rules will be deducted from the security deposit.
