Located in San Isidro, Kaputian, just 1 hour drive from Babak barge and 10 mins drive to Kaputian Beach & Markets. This serene haven blends relaxation & recreation, away from the busy city life. The space Our simple fully furnished 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with an option to host up to 15 for an additional fee of 300 PHP per person. Amenities include: - Fresh bed linens and towels - Complimentary purified drinking water - Bar soaps and shampoos (we do not provide tissues as all bathrooms has bidets and tissues can block our toilet bowls) - Free WiFi - Netflix, YouTube, and Karaoke - Free parking PICK-UP/DROP-OFF SERVICE We are pleased to offer a pick-up and drop-off service via Mitsubishi L300 from Babak Wharf to Black N White Samal or vice versa for a flat rate of 1500 PHP for groups of up to 10 people or lesser. For larger groups of 11-15 people, the rate is 135 PHP per head, each way. Other locations can be negotiated directly with the driver or our local host. Payment is due upon pick-up. Bedroom Spaces & En-suite • 4 Bedrooms: Includes 2 master suites with private bathrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has AC; other rooms have fans and natural breezes at night. • Main En-suite: Equipped with hot and cold shower facilities. Located in the kitchen area. Lounge & Dining • Living Room: Large, air-conditioned, with ample seating, a cozy 4-seater indoor dining set, and a 12-seater outdoor dining set. Kitchen • Fully Equipped: Gas range, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and complete cooking implements. Hangout Area • Hangout Area: Additional dining space and billiards setup with ample seating. Expect a bumpy ride due to undeveloped roads. • Navigation: Find us on Google Maps by searching “Black N White Samal.” • Mobile Signal: Limited in San Isidro, offering a chance to disconnect and enjoy island tranquility. OUR PLACE • Simple Accommodations: Our house has imperfections, reflected in our reasonable rates. We plan to improve over time. • Infant Care: Not infant-friendly; please bring your own baby necessities. • Bunk Bed Room: Located in the hallway between two master bedrooms; not a private room. • Power Outages: Common on the island. We have no generator but we have emergency lights that will function when blackouts. • Locked Cabinets: Certain cabinets are locked and not accessible to guests for personal storage. • Insects: Mosquitoes, black ants, hornets/bees, and flying termites are common on the island and may be present in the house. The house is screened to keep most bugs out, and most are harmless. Bring insect repellent for your comfort outdoors. • Pool Usage: We do not provide free floaters due to previous damage. Guests must bring their own, especially for kids. HOUSE RULES • Guidelines: Please read and acknowledge our house rules. A printed guide is available in the lounge. • Self-Service: We are not a hotel; please maintain room and house cleanliness. • Respect: Treat our host and home with care and respect to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. • Damages: Report any damage or breakage immediately.
