Family house in lovely small town

The house is located on a small and quiet cul-de-sac, a couple of minutes from Watlington village centre and all the amenities it has to offer. It has easy access to Oxford and London. Watlington is a lovely small town with a few restaurants, a pub with nice outdoor space, sustainable shops and other amenities. People are warm and friendly. There are nice walks in nature that are at walking distance, and there are lots of other choices if you drive. The space The house is a cosy and warm place with three bedrooms: - one double room with a king size bed - one double room with on single bed and one kids Ikea Kura floor bed (it has a standard single bed size) - one single bedroom with a single bed There's also an extra kids mattress that is standard single sized. It also has one bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs, a cosy sitting room, a conservatory which double as a utility space, front and rear gardens and driveway. The back garden has a trampoline, a climbing frame with slide and a tunnel for kids to play. Please supervise little children as it has falling hazard. It also has three raised veggie beds where we cultivate some food, please pick anything that is ripe and enjoy some fresh food. Guest access You will be able to use all the spaces that are listed. Please note that the garage will be kept closed. Also, we will put some personal things in some of the inbuilt cupboards which will be locked, but you will still have lots of storage space. We will leave a few kids toys available under the stairs. Other things to note All the beddings will be provided, but please bring your own towels as we are not able to provide them.
