You will enjoy a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and views over the garden. On the ground floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms stay pleasantly cool during summer. Please check the photos carefully before booking. 🛏️ The bedrooms in Gîtes Rochechouart and Chabanais are located on the ground floor and remain pleasantly cool, even during hot summer days. 🏡 Looking for a longer stay? Long-term rentals are available during certain periods. Please contact us for availability and conditions. ✅ Bed linen and towels are included. ✅ All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. ✅ Please bring your own pool towels. ✅ Gîtes Confolens and Chabanais are equipped with a dishwasher. ✅ All gîtes are supplied with basic essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar and other everyday necessities. ✅ A shared washing machine is available. Use is charged at €5 per wash. ✅ Normal energy consumption is included. This gîte has a small private fenced garden at the front where your dog can enjoy some freedom. 🐕 By prior arrangement, a dog may also be accepted in Gîte Rochechouart.
