Double Interior Room on Artistic Bio Farm

A perfect place to rest and enjoy nature! We offer you our cozy BEAR interior double-room on the second floor of a traditional Austrian Vierkanter bio farm, in the middle of many sightseeing places in Austria. Spaces to share: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living&dining room (all on the ground floor), outside resting spaces, parking. We have three cats not allowed in the rooms. We are experienced travellers and we like to share tips but also to respect your privacy ♡ The space Welcome to our little Paradise in the outskirts of Kematen an der Krems! A perfect place to rest and enjoy nature! You are about to rent our fantastic BEAR interior double-room in a traditional Austrian Vierkanter bio farm. You will not only experience the calm and beauty of the Austrian countryside, but also a modern space full of art and many vintage details. Your hosts are experienced travellers, work in different fields, speak different languages (Spanish, German, English, bit of French & Chinese) and we can always share with you our knowledge of the area. We like to share good moments with our guests, but we also respect your privacy. This is a place to disconnect with a lot of trails for biking or walking/running. Wildlife is at our doorstep. Perfect for travellers, birdwatchers, photographers, sportspeople… Our farm is in the middle of many sightseeing places in Austria (Bad Hall 9 km, Kremsmünster 9 km, Wels 16 km, Linz 34 km, Mauthausen 46 km, Salzkammergut 77 km, Salzburg 110 km, Hallstatt 111 km, Vienna 197 km…). In the village there is a train stop (4 km) and several bus stops with connections everywhere. Also, you can enjoy farmers’ shops and find a supermarket, a bakery, a couple of restaurants, a bank and some other shops in the village. Your BEAR room: - Private double-room on the first floor - 15 m2 - 1 desk, 1 chair - 1 bedside table, 1 wardrobe, hangers - 2 sets of towels (per stay, double occupancy) or 1 set of towels (per stay, single occupancy), extra blankets - Shared WIFI (fiberglass) - Pets are NOT allowed - No smoking or vaping allowed Spaces to share with the hosts and other guests: - Bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor - Fully equipped kitchen - Living room and dining room for guests - Outside resting spaces, with respect and care of the hosts, guests and wildlife - Parking space is available ( notice us beforehand ) If you want to check-in after 19:00, no problem, tell us and you will be able to do self check-in after sending us the required information. Please note that we have three beautiful cats in the house, which are free to come and go as they please. If they look at you with big eyes wanting to come into your rooms, please gently and kindly refuse them entry. If you are allergic to cats or afraid of them, this is not the place for you. We are trying to take care of the planet and we ask you to do the same during your stay, we recycle as much as possible and ask you to please don’t throw anything on the fields, as BIO farming has a strict control of crops. During some seasons, field work might happen, please, for your own safety, keep away from machinery. For your information, each guest must pay EUR 2.40 per night as a ‘tourist tax’, which we then pay to the authorities. This local tax is already included in your total price.
