Welcome to KandoStay Kujukuri NAGI Terrace! Modern villa just 4 mins walk to the beach. ★Free Vegetable Harvest Experience★ Enjoy a free vegetable harvesting experience at a farm located about 24 minutes by car from the accommodation! Available only on Sundays and Mondays from Jun 7 to Nov23. Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM Large Garden: Dog-friendly! Includes a pool with slide in summer. Annex Cabin: Sleeps 4-5 (bunk beds/AC included). Perfect for families & groups. Enjoy the ocean breeze! The space This is KandoStay Kujukuri NAGI Terrace. (The property name has been changed from “Kujukuri Terrace ”.) For bedding, we provide 4 double futon sets and 1 double sofa bed in the living room, as well as 2 single bunk beds in the detached room. You may also use the BBQ grill for an additional fee (JPY 4,000 per grill, including charcoal, fire starters, paper plates, and disposable chopsticks). Please make the payment before use via the on-site cash box or PayPay. Guest access Please retrieve the key from the on-site key box before entering the property. Facing the entrance, walk along the left side of the main house wall. Please take the key from the black key box located at the corner of the building. The key box code will be sent to you by email two days before your stay. Please note that completing the “Pre Check-in” procedure is required before entering the property. Other things to note ＜Important House Rules＞ The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please make a reservation only if you agree to follow the rules below. ●After 9:00 PM, conversations and gatherings in the garden or on the wooden terrace are strictly prohibited. If the police are called due to noise complaints, you may be asked to leave immediately and charged JPY 30,000. Thank you for your cooperation. ●Additional guest fee: For groups exceeding 6 guests, an additional charge of JPY 6,500 per person per night will apply. ●Only dogs and rabbits are allowed as pets, free of charge. (Pets are allowed only on flooring areas and are strictly prohibited from getting on bedding.) ●The only seasonings provided are small portions of soy sauce and butter for seafood BBQ use. Please bring any other seasonings you may need, and kindly take leftovers home with you. ※ Note Regarding Road Width & Access Our property is located slightly off the main road, and some sections of the access road are less than 3 meters wide. Light cars (K-cars) and compact cars can pass through without issues. However, drivers of larger vehicles (such as large SUVs, minivans, pickup trucks, or RVs/campervans) should exercise extreme caution when driving and maneuvering.
