This modest and beautiful resort-like condo is located in the Flamingos Nuevo Vallarta gated area. The condominium has a private beach with three pools, Balinese beds, and many lounge areas. Flamingos and Aria Ocean both have private security. The condo offers a restaurant with pool and beach service. The condo has 2 balconies facing the ocean. The space Our condo has AC in every room. There’s a Smart TV for Netflix in the living room, we don’t have TVs in every room. If you like to cook the kitchen is renovated and equipped. There are two high-end supermarkets just five minutes away by car. But if you are looking to stay away from cooking or just feel like sipping on refreshing margaritas without the hassle of making them, there’s a restaurant on the premises. The living room has a comfortable futon that fits two people. There are several pools, beautiful gardens, a fountain, parking spaces and the building is fully thought out to facilitate movement for people with mobility challenges. These numbers are set by the Condominium’s rules and enforced by Condominium security upon entrance. We cannot accept any more people. DINING The condo offers a restaurant with pool and beach service. But if you feel like exploring, you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, sports activities, nature and city tours, and a plethora of wonderful experiences nearby. Uber Eats covers the area so if you feel like having take-out, it’s a great choice. NO PARTIES Condominium rules prohibit parties and music and noise must be toned down after 10:00 p. m. If you disregard the rules, building security will try to get you to turn your volume down. If you disregard their warnings, they will turn off the electricity in the apartment and you will have to pay a fine to get it working again. NO SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in our unit. This includes our terraces. PARKING There is free parking available on site for one vehicle only.
