LIVE LIKE YOUR FAVORITE ATHLETE You’ll have the entire townhome to yourself with a comfortable living area and a large screen Smart TV on the first floor. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a connected full bathroom, and a large Smart TV on the 2nd floor. The Guest bedroom has a Full size bed with a large Smart TV adjacent to a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The Sports Cave has comfortable lounge seating with a soccer table, a basketball play net and a large screen Smart TV on the lower level. There is also a guest bedroom adjacent to the Sports Cave on the lower level. KITCHEN Our kitchen is a large open-concept kitchen area with a kitchen island and bar seating. The stainless steel appliances anchor the space and we invite all cooks to create your favorite meals on the electric stove. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots & pans, and cooking utensils to ensure all your needs are met. Need a coffee break? Enjoy the Keurig coffee machine with an assortment of coffee K-cups. BEDROOMS Each bedroom contains a bed, a luggage rack, and a closet. Within the master bedroom closet is an iron and iron board. All bedrooms include extra pillows, extra linen, and a blanket. SECURITY -The Ring Security System (monitored by local law enforcement) affords you and your belongings peace of mind. -There is a Ring Video Peephole Camera on the front door. There is also a camera facing the backyard. SMART HOME FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE -Smart locks for the win! Our smart locks are great for keyless door entry. -There are three Smart TVs in the property with common apps pre-downloaded and ready for access! -There is a WiFi Porter for you to easily access the WiFi without typing a password. -We also have 5G Verizon Wi-Fi to power all of the smart home devices and whatever devices you bring. PARKING There is FREE parking on the street in front of the property. There is a parking pad in the back of the property; however, there may be difficulty parking your vehicle due to the space of the alley. For all other areas, please read all signs to be sure you are not parked in a permit-restricted parking spot. There is a reserved parking sign across the street from the property. Parking is first come, first served, but there is almost never any issue with finding parking within a block or two. Guest access Guests will have access to three bedrooms (one on lower level and two on the upper level) and two full bathrooms (both on the upper level). Guests will have access to the sports cave, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. RESTRICTED Guests will not have access to our locked crawl space located on the lower level. Any evidence of attempted access into a restricted space will be considered breaking & entering, and trespassing. Other things to note CHECK-IN/OUT -We cannot store luggage on arrival or departure day. -Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. -At the sole discretion of the host, early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival, and late check-out availability is determined prior to check-out date. -The early check-in fee is $30 per hour up until normal 3pm check-in time. -The late check-out fee is $30 and late check-out is 1pm. -Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day, or overstay past normal 11am check-out time, then the late check-out fee is $90. PROPERTY ITEMS Our team takes inventory of each item after each stay. Anything that is lost, broken, or stolen will be accounted for and reported to Airbnb for reimbursement. Please ensure all guests are aware of this to avoid being charged for your guests' actions. If anything is lost or broken during your stay, we ask that you be proactive and notify us immediately. We are very understanding that mistakes happen, and if we are notified in advance, we can be as flexible as possible with this policy. PETS We love pets; however, pets are NOT allowed into the property due to liability for host and guest allergies.
