The Bank Room @ The Cragford Whistle-Stop

Once the town bank, this 110 + year old building, simple & clean unit is now a cozy bed & bath room that I share with the public. I sanitize the entire place after each visit, however, you may see dust somewhere because of the 100 year old mortar, it crumbles. I’ve owned this property several years and it is an ongoing project. I want to retire so I want to sell my property. If this is something you are interested in , then let me know~~Pass it on! The space Clean linens; internet and tv available. The listing says it will sleep eight people + but only shows two full-size beds. It says this because I have more beds that I can set for a fee per bed. The space is large and you can decide how tight you want to stay in there with other people and your family or a working group. I have construction workers who rent when they are working in my local area and rent the entire room and I will set up as many beds as they need/want to pay for. Front porch with chairs accessible. Free parking out front. Not child friendly due to the high stairwell and the traffic out front. Therefore, children between the ages of 1 to 10 years old are not allowed. Pets allowed with a $500 deposit.. Guest access This entire town house room is all yours for your scheduled stay. While the weather is so hot, if you will call or text me 1-2 hours before you are expected to arrive, I WILL TURN ON YOUR AIR CONDITIONER so your room will be cool for you…. Other things to note Park out front at your door—-Your door is the double gray doors—The key will be in the drop box hanging on the left side of your entrance door. (Not locked) While the weather is so hot, if you will call or text me 1-2 hours before you are expected to arrive, I WILL TURN ON YOUR AIR CONDITIONER so your room will be cool for you….Just drop the back in there when you leave There is a small table w/chairs on the front porch by your door that you are welcome to use and enjoy….Please turn off lights & central unit or heater when you leave.~~~Thank you for visiting!
