Enjoy the peace and beauty of mountain and desert views with a unique blend of rural touch and a Santa Fe community with its own center. The studio apartment is an independent unit with a private entrance, its own kitchenette, bathroom, and walk-in closet, adjacent to the main house. You can enjoy walking trails, spectacular sunsets, desert landscape and a space with native birds and wildlife right from this studio. Restaurants, cafes, shops & a bar are in only three minutes driving distance. The space The studio is a separate unit (sharing one wall with the main house). It has its own separate entrance, bathroom, a kitchenette with an open dining area, and an open living & sleeping area with a queen bed. The studio is very private with amazing night views of stars. It is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible as the access to the bathroom is a narrow hallway. The Eldorado walking trail network is directly accessible from the studio. Guest access Guests have access to the studio with all its areas and it’s own bathroom..There is immediate access to walking trails. Other things to note Please message me the first names of both guests ( if you are two) upon requesting booking - for the comfort of knowing whom to expect at the studio. All are welcome here. When possible I will meet you upon arrival to provide quick info. Please be aware that no guns or INSIDE smoking or vaping are allowed on the property. For your information - the use of marijuana is legal in New Mexico. To avoid becoming the victim of a scam please be aware that the house is NOT FOR SALE. .
