Geat transport links, cafes, pubs and shops, yet exceptionally quiet, clean and tidy. This is not some sterile holiday rental! This is my actual home and it feels loved and lived in. It has everything I think you'd need. Welcome, make yourself at home and love it as much as I do. - Very large living room 2 sofas, Smart TV, stereo, coffee table, dining table and chairs, bean bag, foot stools, lots of lovely books, plants and ornaments. Enough extra space for morning yoga and quiet enough for meditation. Cosy and carpeted so you can walk barefoot. In summer afternoons it is flooded with sunlight. - Private balcony overlooking shared private gardens. Table and chairs or optional hammock for relaxing. Catches all the afternoon sun in summer, and a nice place to watch the sunset. (Hammock on request) - Large kitchen Fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4 ring gas hobs, kettle, mocha coffee pots and all the crockery and utensils you could want. A great selection of teas, oils, herbs, spices. - Bathroom Shower and bath tub. - Large bedroom King size bed, large mirrored wardrobes, fine Egyptian cotton bedding and John Lewis Goose Down pillows and duvets. - Private Gardens Since the photos my neighbours and I have been working on the garden and it has matured well. In summer it is full of flowers. A lovely quiet place to relax. - Super Fast WIFI (average speed approx 280Mbps) - USB charging points. - International plug adaptors - Books about London - Shared private gardens - High speed broadband (300Mbps) - Friendly and helpful host. All in a friendly small block where the neighbours all say hello! (Very rare for London). An additional bed (high quality kingsize airbed) can usually be made up in the living room for extra guests, with notice and by agreement. If this is essential for your trip please confirm before booking. The optional hammock is on the balcony - outdoors. In summer I have enjoyed sleeping in it! This is my home. I rent it out when I am on holiday. I hope you find it as cosy as I do. Please take care of it for me. In summer, the plants will be happy if you give them some water. :) Guest access This is a large 2 bedroom flat with private balcony and communal gardens. The smaller second bedroom will be locked, so it's effectively a VERY large one bedroom flat. Make yourself at home. Feel free to use the tea and coffee, cook and so on. Access is via secure entry on the main road or from the garden. It's up a few flights of steps with no lift, sorry. The building is a small quiet apartment block of 12 flats, 4 on each floor. This is the top floor - no one above you - it's very quiet. The flat is a spacious 66m². It has a master bedroom with kingsize bed and great mattress, luxury 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, bathroom with shower and bathtub, large living room/dining room, kitchen, and balcony. It also has access to large shared private gardens. Other things to note There is one king size bed as standard. Additional bed (airbed) can be set up with prior notice. As an alternative, the sofa can be made up as a bed. It's not officially a sofa-bed but it's very comfortable. 3rd floor flat - no lift. You get used to it quickly! On street parking can be arranged with advance notice. Costs based on local council rules. This is my home - I hope that you will enjoy staying here.
