Lower level: living room, kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140/190, bathroom, toilet, cellar, pergola in extension of the room and on the pool. Upper level: mezzanine, bedroom with 1 160/200 bed and associated shower room and dressing room, two bedrooms with 2 90/190 beds (can be combined to form double beds) and one bedroom with 1 90/190 bed, bathroom, toilet, large covered terrace. Comfortable equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerators and freezers, oven and microwave, TV, DVD player, hi-fi, Internet connection, barbecue, underfloor heating. Swimming pool 14 m, secured by alarms. Sisteron is about 20 km away, Gap 35 km; small shops, doctor and pharmacy 8 km; supermarkets 15 km. Guest access From the South, access by car via the Val de Durance motorway (A51), exit Sisteron-Nord 15 km away. Access Aix-en Provence TGV station then Val de Durance highway (A51), Sisteron-Nord exit 15 km. From the North, Grenoble then N75 by the Col de Lus-La Croix Haute. Access by train: Aix-en-Provence TGV station then A51 highway, ... Sisteron is about 20 km away, Gap 35 km away. Other things to note The amount shown includes water, electricity and gas charges as well as weekly pool maintenance. Final cleaning is mandatory; the amount is €150 to be given to the housekeeper at the time of departure.
