This 1 bedroom suite is in a fantastic location only a few steps from the Creekside Gondola and has free on street parking for one vehicle. The space This stylish 1 bedroom suite is located in Creekside Village: • Walk everywhere from the fantastic location in Creekside. Located across the street from the Creekside Village Stroll with restaurants, gym, shops, bakery and more. Walk to ski/bike lifts (5 min. walk), bus stop (2min walk), Nita lake and local day spa. (7min) • Queen bed in master bedroom, and Queen sofa bed in the living room • FREE parking for one vehicle on street • Secure, private bike storage area • Suite can sleep 4 people max capacity • Wood-burning fireplace • TV • Well-stocked kitchen • Washer and dryer, with detergent provided • Free wifi • Boot dryer • Please note this suite is up one flight of stairs • This suite is a fully legal vacation rental with permanent municipal zoning for vacation rentals. Please note: Must be at least 25 years old to book. Other things to note Unit is nr.4 There is a code doorlock. You need to press " schlage" and then manualy turn the bold to lock the door. There is a woodburning fireplace in the unit, but wood/ logs will not be provided by the host- you can buy them on gas station or grocery store 5min walking from the unit. Washer and dryer unit and hot water tank are placed in the bedroom, together with vacuum and small storage space for clothes. The storage is separated from sleeping place by thick fabric curtain, no walls or doors. Boot dryer in the unit is superquiet, its working but you wont hear it. Bike storage is outside the unit right next to the entrance door, its covered and has hanging lock. Bigger size bikes wont fit in it standing. Ask for photos and details if you are unsure. There are 2 sets of stairs leading into the unit ( up to 15 stairs), no elevator, no access for wheelchair ( discuss with the host prior booking if you have any disabilities) There is curently no kids equipment/ amenities/ toys in the unit. There is currently only one parking pass available (second one can be provided upon request before arrival). Parking pass needs to be returned into the unit at the checkout time the latest otherwise the guest needs to cover the replacement fee of 300CAD. Parking is on street and it is first come, first serve stylr. It doesnt guarantee a specific parking spot. It might happen the parking wont be right in front of the building, but you might to need walk within 10min from parking to the unit. There is a coffee machine in the unit. Coffee is not provided ( althought almost always left in the unit by previous guests) since guests had too often very specific requirements on it, so I left it up on a new guests to decide what they want to bring.
