Quiet 4-star cottage, ideal for a family stay near Beauval. Ideal for 4 people, the gîte can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Free Wi-Fi, towels and beds made on arrival. Jacuzzi and sauna available as an option. (not included in the nightly rate) The space This vacation rental is ideal for 4 people but can also accommodate 2 more people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Single-story cottage with a large living room with an equipped kitchen - living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed that is 1.60 m wide. It is equipped with a sink, a wardrobe with hanging space, and an armchair. The second bedroom opens to the outside through a French window. It has 2 single beds, but we can push them together to make a 1.80-meter (6-foot) double bed (upon request). This room also has a writing desk, a hatbox, a wardrobe, and an armchair. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The swimming pool will be available from June to September. It is covered by a dome under which you can swim if the weather is rainy or windy. The swimming pool is shared with us and our family, but we will give you priority during the day so you can enjoy it in peace. Guest access You will access your accommodation through a motorized gate. The beep will then be entrusted to you for the duration of your stay. There is ample space to park in front of the cottage in a parking lot that we share. A garden with a swing and a terrace for eating outside is at your disposal. If you wish, you will be able to access our garden. Other things to note Bed linens, bath towels, tea towels, and a bath mat are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival.
